The Day I Had Sideburns

Okay well I know this is like almost a week old but I'll post anyhow since Rees told me the cool title of the post I couldn't let him down, plus Mark was bugging me last night to update it because he had nothing to read or somethign.

So Clare's birthday party 70's/80's dress up on the weekend was pretty mad. I had a few drinks at home before I left and went to pick up my sister from Hungry Jacks before I got taken to the party. While we were at hungry Jacks this guy just looked at me and started cracking up laughing it was funny as. I can't blame him though, it would have been pretty random.

Oh yeah, I should probably try explain what sort of clothes I was wearing since I don't have a photo up here yet. Basically if you've seen that 70's show, which by the way if you havn't then you should stop reading this now because I don't like you anymore then just picture FEZ and that was pretty much what sort of clothes I was wearing. Tight long sleeve shirt, cream pants (which mind you were both ladies clothes but there was nothing decent at the op shop in mens -- plus it wouldn't look as cool), I also had on old brown shoes and a chain that showed up cuz I had the top two buttons undone to show my hairy chest ;-)

Yeh so this time since my shirt was too tight at least I couldn't play sting pong, and the fact that Stui was too scared and packed it up before I come round as well hehe. The only problem with such a tight shirt is whenever I moved my arms up slightly it tore the shirt, and by the end of the night the left arm was basically not attached and the right was ripped as well.

I had a bit of a chat with Matt's girlfriend Kia (spelling?) who turns out is a dental technicians assistnant or something which just so happens to be what my uncle is. So she told me all this crap in my drunkeness about flossing so that kept me entertained for a while.

That's right, since Tyson *stole* Clare's Monopoly about 2 years ago we decided to pitch in (mind you I havn't payed him yet) and buy her a new one, but we wanted to make it a bit snazzy so we got a ring box case thingo and put a Monopoly peice in it to make it look as if he was proposing or something..

Ummmm, I really should have written this a week ago when the events were fresh in my mind so I can't really remember what happened now but it was fun none the less.

ps. My sideburns rocked.
