Birthday Weekend

Well it has been quite the weekend if I don't say so myself. I'm absolutely stuffed and just feel like passing out for the night but I have an assignment to do so I should probably look at finishing that off before I goto sleep.

As you could have probably noticed I now have a little calender on the right hand side of this page. I am going to make it so its got hyperlinks to each date that I've posted and take you to the appropiate section. This change also means that I'm going to have to make it so each month has its own page which is probably a good idea since I've been doing this for almost a month now and that has meant that I've posted over two seperate months so the page is getting bigger and bigger which also means I'll have to implement a system to link to each month that has got posts within it.

On to my big weekend, I went out friday night because Scotty forced it onto me even though I originally wanted to go out Saturday. So I was going to head around to Rocklea with the other guys and get pissed there first before we went out but we decided that we were going to go out at 9:30 so it would have been a bit of a wasted trip going there so I just decided that I'd go straight out from my place. Organized to meet up with Noddy on the train and then meet Scotty in the city.

Finally got there and Nods had to goto the toilet at Central so Scotty and I thought we'd be funny and try hide from him and then goto the elevator and press the button to close the door just as he was coming towards it. It would have been a masterful burn but he decided to be stupid and not come around the corner even after we called him and told him to *sigh*.

So after that we went to the Embassy because we were hoping to get some 2 for 1 drinks and get smashed really fast. Well, at least that was my plan. Since this was the night that I was going out for my birthday I decided I'd buy a few drinks -- and drink them really fast. Five mins after we'd got there I'd had a Smirnoff Double Black and two Vodka Sunrises and was on to my next two. At this point I noticed these two chicks walk up to Noddy and one of them said that she knew him from somewhere. Turns out it was my friend Krystle and her friend Rose and they had no idea who he was they were just trying to make random conversation until they realised that I was with them and that they actually did know me.

Rose decided to give me a big hug and whatnot for the first time, this continued on basically everytime that I saw her for the rest of the night (3 or 4 times). Damn drunk people, gota love them.

After we got sick of the Embassy and I was sufficienlty drunk off the 2 for 1 drinks we headed over to the Vic and met up with Chris, Clare, James, Carbs and two other chicks that I hadn't met before.

Nods managed to hook up with the DJ's lesbian sister so that was quite the effort I thought. Umm, this is getting quite long now but after that we went to the Exchange and since I was drunk the bouncer almost didn't let me in but he asked how many drinks I'd had since he noticed that it was my birthday a few days beforehand and I managed to slur out that I'd "had four drinks at Stockies" in which he replied that "this is Stockies" and gave me a nasty look. Whoops. He let me in anyhow so he must have just thought I was really drunk and had no idea but since it was my birthday that I'd still have plenty to spend at his club.

Went back to the Vic again, it sucked. Left, got a kabab (mmmm kabab) and went home. Walked all the way from Grovely Station with Scotty to my place. 40 mins later we finally got home and passed out.

I'm sick of writing, I'll finish this off real soon. Tried to go out bowling Saturday night at Strike in the city but Lily and Tori are ONLY 17 so we didn't get in (and didn't realise that you had to be 18 before we went) so we just went back to Tysons place and watched some movies.

Okay I'm really sick of writing now so that'll do for now.
